Real people, usually within a day.
Most things can be sorted quickly. Have a look below, and if none of it fits, write to salam@ayeinakids.com and tell us what happened.
Use the same email address you subscribed with. If the password is not working, choose Forgot my password on the sign-in screen and we will email you a link to set a new one. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder before trying again.
Reset links are sent to the address on the account, so a typo at sign-up is the usual culprit. Email salam@ayeinakids.com from any address you can reach and we will sort it out.
Open Grown-ups in the app and use the billing section. You can change your payment method, view invoices, or cancel there. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for. The refund policy covers how billing works in full.
First try a different episode. If nothing plays, it is usually the connection or the browser, so reloading the page or switching network is worth a go. If one specific episode is broken, that is ours to fix, and knowing which one helps: email salam@ayeinakids.com with the title and we will look straight away.
Most of the library unlocks at launch. Founding Members keep their pricing and get access to everything as it arrives, so a padlock means the episode is not out yet rather than something being wrong with your membership.
Add, rename, recolour or remove profiles from the profile screen, or from Grown-ups. Each child keeps their own profile picture, background and place in whatever they were last watching.
Our iPhone and Android apps are on the way. Until then, you can put Ayeina Kids on your home screen, where it opens like an app.
Write to salam@ayeinakids.com. Telling us the email address on your account, what you were doing, and what you saw instead gets it fixed fastest.
