Welcome to Ayeina Kids. These terms explain what you are agreeing to when you sign up and use our app. We have tried to write them in plain language. If anything is unclear, email us at salam@ayeinakids.com and we will happily explain.
Ayeina Kids is a subscription platform built for families. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. Kid profiles within your account are for your own children to use under your supervision. We do not allow children to create their own accounts or manage billing.
Where a profile has an age on it, we use it to help choose what to show that child. It is there to help you, not to take the decision off you: it is optional, we cannot check it, and what your children watch remains your responsibility.
Founding Member pricing is offered to our first members only, for a limited period ending on 31 December 2026. Within that window, the price you sign up at is locked in for as long as your subscription stays active without interruption. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the pricing available at that time will apply instead. Our full content library is still in production, and unlocks for active members at launch. Some short form content may be available to Founding Members before then.
You need to be 18 or older to create an Ayeina Kids account and to be responsible for paying for it. The account belongs to the adult who set it up, even though the app is made for children. Children are welcome to use it, with their own profiles, under the supervision of the grown-up whose account it is.
You are responsible for what happens on your account, so keep your password and your Grown-ups PIN to yourself. If you think someone else has got into your account, email us and we will help you secure it.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings, and you will keep access until the end of your current billing period. Payments are non-refundable for time already paid for. See our Refund Policy for details.
Cards expire and banks decline things. If a payment fails we will try again over the following days, and we will email you so you can update your card. If it still has not gone through after those attempts, we will pause access to the app until a payment succeeds. Your profiles, and where each child had got to in a show, stay exactly as they were, so picking up again later loses nothing.
An Ayeina Kids subscription is for one household. Make as many child profiles as you need for your own family, on whatever devices your family uses. What we ask is that you do not share your login with people outside your home, or use the account for anything commercial, such as showing our content in a classroom, nursery or public screening. If you would like to use Ayeina Kids in a school or organisation, write to us. We would genuinely like to help, and there is a sensible way to arrange it.
Everything in the Ayeina Kids app, including our shows, songs, artwork, and the app itself, belongs to us or our licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to stream this content for your family’s own viewing. You may not download, copy, redistribute, or publicly display our content without our written permission.
Please use Ayeina Kids the way it is meant to be used. Do not try to break, hack, or interfere with the app, share your account credentials outside your household, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the platform.
We are a growing platform, still building out our library. We may add, change, or remove features and content over time as we improve Ayeina Kids. We will do our best to communicate meaningful changes to you by email.
You may close your account at any time. We may also suspend or close an account that violates these terms, though we will always try to reach out first if there is an issue we can resolve together.
We work hard to keep Ayeina Kids running smoothly, but we cannot promise the app will always be available or completely error free. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
We love hearing what your family would like to see, and we read everything that reaches us.
If you have an original idea for a character, a story or a whole series, we would love to hear it, and we are open to working on it with you. If it is something we would like to explore and develop, we will contact you to agree terms first, which may include payment, subject to review by our management. Sending us an idea does not by itself mean we will develop it.
We also have our own shows in development, so now and then something we make may share elements with an idea someone has sent us. When that happens, it is because we developed it ourselves, not because we used your idea without agreeing it with you first.
Feedback about how the app works is different: tell us what is broken or confusing as often as you like.
We may update these terms from time to time as our platform grows. If we make a material change, we will let active members know by email before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai will handle any dispute that cannot be settled between us directly. If you live somewhere that gives you consumer rights which cannot be signed away, you keep those rights, and nothing here takes them from you.
