A padlock on a title means it is not out yet, not that something is wrong with your membership. Everything unlocks for members as it arrives, at no extra cost.

Yes, and we would rather say so plainly. The productions are already under way and already invested in. Joining now backs the production of all our content, and in return your price never moves. If that is not what you are looking for today, waiting until launch is a perfectly reasonable thing to do.

The price you join at stays yours for as long as your membership runs, including after the regular price goes up. The offer itself is open until 31 December 2026. Join by then and the rate is locked in; cancel and rejoin later and it may no longer be available.

Any time, from Grown-ups in the app. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is charged after that.

Payments already made are not refunded for time that has passed. The refund policy sets it out in full.

They stay exactly as they were. Profiles, watchlists, loved titles and where each child left off are all kept, so rejoining picks up where you stopped rather than starting over.

None, and there never will be. No adverts, no sponsored clips, no recommendations bought by someone else. Your membership is the only thing paying for this, which is exactly why nothing else has to be.

A first name, a profile picture chosen from our characters, and an age in years if you choose to give one. No birthdates, no photos, no school, no advertising network, no social media pixel and no third party analytics. Payment is handled by Stripe, so we never see your card. The privacy policy is the long version.

One membership covers the family. Give each child a profile of their own, with their own profile picture, background and playlists, and everyone keeps their own place in whatever they were watching.

Any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer. You can add Ayeina Kids to a home screen so it opens like an app, and send an episode to a television with AirPlay or Chromecast from the player.
